AV Sending Problem

Hello, I have a slight problem with sending the Sky signal from downstairs to upstairs...

Here is what my Sky box looks like from the back:

The aerial in goes up stairs into my room and into the aerial socket on my TV.
I let it auto search but the best picture I can recieve is this (no sound):

Ive checked all the connections and they seem fine, is there a setting on the Sky box or TV I need to change?

Or is it just better to get a wireless AV Sender instead?
Would this one work with the Sky Box?

Thanks in advance

that toy from argos is the NUTS! I bought one, and becuase of the price i was highly dubious as if it would work, but it takes seconds to set up and works a treat. I've got brick walls inside my house and it doesnt bother it. Also, the transmitter is right beside my wireless ADSL router and causes no conflicts. Go for that, the one i got looked slightly different but for £27 you cant complain!

I may be wrong but it I think you should have the aerial plugged into "RF out" not "in"?

No, the aerial definitely connects to the Aerial in socket.
The RF Out socket is to feed the TV set upstairs.
