Sky + Fault - no sound on suscribed channels

Over the last couple of weeks , we noticed that on sky movies and the disney channels, there was no sound at all, but on all other non-subscribed movie channels we have perfect sound...

So called sky , they didn't have a clue.. went through the normal ****.. ". it could be staitic build up on ur scart cable... so why is the sound fine on every other channel !!!!" ..

Anyway , after the engineer talking to 3rd line super techie's, in our area they have made a chang eto accomadate HD or something.. so to get sound on the movie/disney channels, we have to turn "Narrative" ON.. this is fine until your recording something else, which has the abilty to have "Narrative" .. so your recording has someone talking to you through the recorded program.. normally telling u whats going to happen next .. ie for the blind.. etc..

As its a techie bug.. they wont/can't roll back.. and looks like it hasn't been tested in house ...

Anybody else come accross this .. i'm in the Bishops Stortford area near stansted airport ??
