System Setup No.8 is System Health Check

I have just looked at this since I could not stop the Sky+ picture so thought I would check on Signal Test to see if all was o.k.

I clicked on System Setup then noticed No.8 System Healthcheck has been added to this. I clicked on this and under Pin Protected it said your incident number is 1936 Enter your Access Code Pin...........I did this, then it said your incident number is 2802 Enter your Access Code pin .......I did this and it kept on repeating this giving me a different incident number each time I put in my Pin number. This number has been the same for about 10 years.

Has anyone had this happen? Yesterday I tried to use my Pin to watch a horror, Wolf Creek and it kept refusing access to this. On my third attempt it was allowed.

System Health Check is a diagnostic tool that will be used by Tech Support if you call them with a problem. They will give you a PIN to enter. You cannot access this feature otherwise. Your standard PIN will not work.

Thank you for that Bluevanman. I knew you would know, as a Sky expert.

I was concerned that there was something seriously wrong with my box and I had to do something about all these incident numbers that kept coming up. This new Pace box I had bought online a year ago and I was worried as it was just out of guarantee!
