Failed recordings in the future

I have just had a problem with Sky HD and I wondered if anybody else has seen this issue before?

Out of the blue it says the recording of countdown this afternoon failed due to a power failure.
We are not aware of any power outage today so that's issue number one.
All the programmes planned for recording in the future (most, but not all, from serial link) now show as failed recordings , even though thay are not due to record yet! So I have had to delete all the planned recordings and re-enter them, hence issue number two.

I worried if this happens when we are away we would lose every programme we planned to record.

Anybody know anything about this outthere?
