Weird Picture Movement

Has anyone else noticed that on some sd chanels, mainly the uktv ones the picture seems funny. Not the picture quality, that is fine but the way it moves doesnt seem right, but if you go through the scart it is ok. Anything i can do to fix this.

Do you have the scart connected as well as the HDMI cable?
I had the same problem contacted Sky who advised I remove the scart lead if it was connected to the TV (O.K. to leave it if you are using it for audio only to a sound system). It appeared to solve the problem.

Could have been a fluke as I did re-boot at the same time, but sky did say it was a common problem.
