Sky Daylight Robbery

OK so I accept Sky is going up 2 pounds, but this is just taking the

I got a letter yesterday explaining that for 2 pounds extra how much more I'm going to enjoy my viewing

AND

Sky are changing their billing so that they will now take the money in advance.....so this months bill is 120 Pounds

This wouldn't be so bad but don't they usually take it in advance anyway

Anyway it gets worse....my wonderful viewing is going to cost me 73.50 a month

For Sky HD
and SKY+ in a multi room

Surely there must be some kind of mistake.......

Hmmmmm.....I see a drive by of a building in livingston, a green 318 speeding round a corner and a Sky HD box and a Sky + box being deposited at high speed through a plate glass window

51.50....

Anyway just got off the phone to them, all very apologetic..........

They didn't take June's payment, hence the 120 pound payment, although they didn't explain this in the letter.....I was supposed to get 10 pound off for this inconvenience...but this wasn't applied, and I should get this next month.

And the 73.50 is a mistake, they thought I had 3 cards But I only have two....anyway it is going to be 63.5 from sept....

I am a little relieved, but still not happy......I see multiroom going..........

When I recently upgraded to Sky+ in both rooms they thought I'd still got 3 cards, so I ended up being charged too much. They said that they'd got a new computer system in and things were a bit hectic !

I'm quite sure that I always have been paying in advance for my R.O.I SKY subscription...

Anyhow, I haven't received any letter yet with increase in prices.

What argument do they use this time for the wonders you get extra for more money?
