Mr Negative! / Mr Happy! No Just Sky Installer

At last had Sky HD installed this morning. The engineer telephoned me at 9am said he would be arriving at about 12. Asked what equpment I had, told him Sky+. He arrived at 11.50.

Good Points: Connected everything o.k. Great picture. Could not get a signal
on his mobile so said he would telephone details of my card
across once outside should all be working within 3 hours, 10
minutes later all working. So far very impressed great picture.!!!!

Bad Points: The whole time he was here he went on about how bad the
new HD boxes were and how most people were on there 2nd or
third boxes. He was on his 4th. When he arrived he looked at
my Sony 50" Bravio and said is that a rear projection TV, I did
not know Sony made them thats the first I have seen. When I
said Sky were using them in their promos he said he had not
seen them. He was so negitive I asked if he liked his job. He
said it paid the bills and when he left he said proberly see you
soon.

I must admit the picture is !!!!!!!!!!

It's a good job the pair of 'waster's' who came to me are not working in the South.
