Question New Sky plus box signal problems

i have just moved into a newly built flat fitted with 2 sat points to a comunal dish. Just upgraded my package to Sky plus but having issues with the 2nd sat signal.
The 1st signal (on signal test screen) is reading signal strength 50% and signal quality about 60%
BUT the 2nd signal is reading signal strength 0% and the quality about 50%
I can only record the channel im watchin and can not watch any other channels while im recording.
Its not the sat cable from my box to the wall as i have tried 3 others and the same happens with them and its not my box as i tried it with another and got same problem.
Any advice/help would be much appreciated.

Try swapping the connections around to see if the problem changes to the other input.

It sounds like the connection into your flat isn't working properly - you may need to pay extra to have the second connection enabled, or it may be just simply broken - only the management company can tell you which I suspect.
