Question Networking a Sky + box?

noob alert!

I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask this, but I'm finding it virtually impossible to search for "sky +" as most search engines won't read the "+" character.

I'm trying to avoid buying a dvd recorder just to burn programs recorded on sky +. I have an existing PC network (wired and wireless mix) of 5 PCs in the house.

Is there any way of networking your sky + box so that a PC dvd burner can be used to burn content from the Sky + box's hard drive? I've read that such a thing was available for Tivos but not seen anything equivalent for Sky +.

Short of a proper network connection, is there any way of moving info from the Sky + hard drive, e.g. via the usb port?

Any pointers most appreciated

Nope.
Only way is by actually connecting it to a TV capture card.
