Sky + box

I am looking for a Sky+ box to connect to my HomeTheatre PC. I require it for the Optical digital out and S-video output. I don't require the actual PVR functionailty as my PC does that.

Does anyone know the best place to get one for a good price?
I assume it will work 'out of the box' with my standard sky subscription?
