moving from sky to sky+, is the old box mine?

Rang sky last week and pulled the 'cancellations' scam off.
managed to get the sky+ box and install for £65 as many others from this forum have.

Their due to come today (12-3pm) and install the kit but didn't know whether the old sky digital box was mine. I was thinking of using it for freeview/ multi room at a later date so dont want the engineer to take it...

anyone know whether the £65 is an upgrade price or full?

i've been with sky for nearly 2 years now and from day one had the full package.

The old digibox is yours, they won't/shouldn't take it away.

I think as long as you have had your old box for at least 12 months then it's yours. When I went to Sky+ I flogged my old digibox on eBay.
