Second faulty sky+

I jusy got my faulty Amstrad sky+ changed about two weeks ago and all was well for a while but now its gone mad on me!!

I now have a pace but every now and again it starts to change channel by its self... Not as i would change channel but amazingly fast as if Superman was changing channel.
Also it flicks down the EPG at a speed that would be impossible for a human to achieve..
This usually happens when i have accessed the EPG or actualy changed a channel

Its not my buttons sticking on my remote as i have eliminated this!

Also i keep losing my RGB output even though it is set to RGB in the picture set up menu, I have to unplug and reset to get it back!!!

Has anybody ever had this problem ???
