Have been tiring to e-mail sky this evening, but all the mails come back saying did not reach the following recipient(s): and The recipient name is not recognized

Now the address I used is from the sky web site, so is it me or has anyone else had any problems with e-mail??

Cheers

If you need to contact Sky by e-mail these are the addresses to write to

AllCustomerCareEscalation@bskyb.com

or there is another two e-mail address which also goes to the same department

brian.sullivan@bskyb.com and james.murdoch@bskyb.com

If you have got a complaint with sky these three e-mail addresses all go straight to the department that can get your problems sorted.

I used this address a couple of months ago, I got a phone call within the hour from a senior customer care manager who sorted out my problem and gave me 2 months free viewing for my trouble (Not bad when you have all the channels and a multiroom subscription )
