Sky+ Sound and Vision

Could someone please tell me what sort of audio/video outputs
are available on the back of the Sky+ Box?

OK guys, worked that one out.(Search Function=Lesson learned......)
Next question.
I want to put Sky+ picture and sound through a 3805, and just send
one component connection to the Plasma.
What is the best method, ie. what connectors do I need??????
