Sky error code

We are having difficulty with my Sky box, we continually lose the signal and an error code 25 is shown. It seems to be worse when the weather is bad, but now we can only get a reception for a few minutes at a time irrespective of the weather conditions. It always returns after a few minutes then is lost again, it is almost unwatchable. The box is new (replaced about four weeks ago) but we had this problem also with the old box. It`s driving me nuts........can anyone help please
