Samsung UE40B6000VW-BOSE-SKY+ LIP SYNC PROBLEM

I have just bought a Samsung UE40B6000VW LED/LCD tv.
connected to a Bose 321 system and a Sky +.
but having problems with lipsync on the audio,any idea's ?

There are no settings to "fiddle with" on the Sky box - you will have to look for settings on your amp.
