If you mean that you've just had Sky satellite TV installed, the answer is:

Sky Satellite TV: BBC iPlayer is not available on Sky Digital.

It is available on Virgin Media, BT Vision and Fetch TV all of which are internet based services
and, of course, available on Sky Player
