Sky Dish for tv ??

hey there

just wondering (without sounding to thick i hope) if a sky dish can be used to pick up tv stations using a free-view box (not free sat)

a mate wants to use a dish to take camping so he can watch tv in the van

i wasnt sure if its the right type of dish i guess it would work if he got a free sat box but not on a free view one

cheers folks

Freeview works with a terrestrial aerial. Freesat works with a Satellite dish, including a Sky type.
You can get Sky type dishes on poles with alignment meters for setting them up. There are also plenty of Freesat receivers.
