Sky Anytime Not Working

My sky anytime seems to of stopped working, i've no new programmes downloaded and i've got a message now saying make sure i have a sky + subscription.

Anyone else got this problem. I have a sky hd box.

This happened to me about 18 months ago and believe it or not back then it was a known problem.

What I was told to do by one of the tech support chaps was go into the Anytime TV menu, turn it off and save. Back out of the menus then go back in and turn it back on and save the settings.

It should start downloading again in a couple of days.
