Anyone got the best email address for complaints for customer service. Ive completely forgot the address. Thanks.

its jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com incase you havent already sent the e-mail

this is the best e-mail to use because they always sort the problem out and got me a call out for free when i was out of warrenty twice
