HD box wont record??? HELP !!! please !!!

HD box wont record??? HELP !!! please !!!

Basically just got a new home theatre setup with 'KEF 5.1 surround sound', new tv and what not. I also got a new SKY HD box. As i was previously on sky + the instalation was quick for them to do. After they went the tv wont record, rewind or pause any tv programmes and greets with the message of, " to do this upgrade your sky subscritption!!!" .


Is it me or does these features come standard with the hd box. Even after the man installed it he said, " its basically a sky + box with hd "

HELP ME PLEEEEASEE !

It sounds like you need to call customer services because it looks like they have not provisioned the box properly. A simillar thing happened to another poster on here, and the call to CS resolved the problem.
