Angry Sky HD Tech Support - is there any?

Is there any source of Technical Support at Sky which might actually know more about Sky hardware than I do? I get very frustrated with sending emails to Sky (and I do prefer to communicate by email, as I'm partially deaf). If, for example, you send them an email about the subtitle lag problem on Sky's HD channels you will get back an email telling you, in great detail, how to switch subtitles on. Clearly no one ever actually reads any incoming email, they simply generate an automated response based on keyword recognition.

I managed to get a reponse to my subtitle question (which, while not actually helpful, does nonetheless appear to have been written by a human being) by mailing Accessiblecustomerservice@bskyb.com; is there an equivalent human-manned email address for issues that do not pertain to "accessibility"? I'd be interested to see if Sky has any comment about digital 576i signals, for example.

Please note that the above contact details are for our disabled customers only
The email address you listed is for those customers with accessibility issues, rather than for queries about accessibility.

You should be able to throw all your questions their way and see what happens...
