Sky HD killed my viewing card.

On Sunday I got the 'Problem with viewing card' message on all Sky channels.
Removed the card and found it very hot with a suspicious burnt looking discolouration on the rear side of the chip.
For all the noise the fans make in the Thomson box, they don't appear to do much internal cooling of the card slot.

To my pleasant surprise the Sky call centre in Scotland was very helpful, quick to send out a replacement card and arrange a subs reduction for viewing time lost. Both times I called them (on Sunday to report the problem and today to confirm delivery of the new card) the phone was answered straight away.
