SKY+/HDConnection

I am looking to get sky in the near future. I currently have a Sony STRDA 1200ES AV reciever and ideally would like o run all equiptment into that and then use a single HDMI cable into my Samsung LE26R41. The Sony does not have a scart input and I am not sure what method I can use to connect it to the SKY box. If I bought a SKY HD box but only have Sky+ service will the picture from the SKY HD box still be delivered via HDMI (are you with me?).

Does anyone have any ideas?
