had poineer come out and use there new fix update for sky hd today and now i have switched back from component to hdmi i get a blank screen no sound no picture nothing using hdmi
any ideas

Have you swicthed HDMI on in the Pio menu?

when you press the appropriate input button on your Pioneer remote, it should display some text in the corner of the screen for a few seconds, even if there is no signal.

Can you tell us EXACTLY and in full what it says in the corner. Everything including the input number and the time.

This has happened to me a couple of times - not with a Pio though. The "handshake" may have been lost. This can be rectified by simply removing the HDMI cable from the back of the media box, and reinserting again.

pressed input 3 and in the corner came up input 3 hdmi 10:02 and blank where it normally has lines is this any use
