Sky HD account problems

Sky HD account problems

Anyone have problems with their Sky account since signing up for Sky HD?

Tried setting up for Sky by mobile but there seems to be a problem with my account, i.e. card not active, i only have a normal Sky box and not signed up to any Sky Sports or Movie channels.

Sky say they're investigating ( over a week now) and its now stopping me from ordering Sky Box Office or Prem Plus games.

I dont know if its the same problem you have but not long after getting sky HD ... (they screwed up the account then big time..no recording for 2 weeks and no HD) I find I am unable to log onto my sky.com account online, I have not been able to access it for a few months now, and I've spent altogether hours on the phone waiting and getting "We know there is a problem, we are trying to fix it and we do not know when this will be fixed" I am just short of being rude to them but I know its only customer services that I am speaking to. what I dont understand is how it can take so long for the fault with the account to get fixed.. well. all I need to say is its Sky!
