Sky HD Fault

When I turn on my HD box I get the following message coming on my screen

"PR list empty. Start automatic search"

There is an OK shown but neither the remote nor the buttons on the box will work. It is in effect locked. I have powered down for 5 mins and re powered with no success?

Any ideas??
