Question about SKY HD sound

I just got Sky HD installed today and all seemed ok when the installer had left. But after a while the sound started cutting off and back on and when it came back on it sounds different and sharp and rough are the only ways i can describe it. Can anyone help me with how to get the sound back to normal? Thanks.

I've had this every now and then. Putting the box into standby seems to sort it out.

Cheers,
Alex

That'll certainly stop any sound problems. Unfortunately, it'll also stop you from seeing a picture
