E4 & CH4 no signal

E4 & CH4 no signal

Anyone help? both CH4 and E4 i keep getting constant no signal. When i look on my settings at signal 'quality' both inputs are fine, however i/p 2 'strength' is nil.
So i keep swaping the inputs round on the wallplate and then the signal strength strangely goes back up to near maximum on both inputs but then the day after again i/p 2 (only) strength is nil.
