Hi

Does anyone know if Finlay Communications are still installing Pace HD boxes? I've got an engineer coming out next week to replace my Samsung box since the PQ had deteriorated since the new EPG. Would rather it was replaced with a Pace.

I had a Pace installed last Monday (by Finlays). Brand new box but then again it was a new install. As you are getting a replacement box I would assume from what I read on here that it will be a refurb (not new). Maybe someone else would know if the refurbs being installed here are Pace?

I've had the HD box replaced once and it was replaced with a brand new Samsung HD box.

I had a replacement box installed a couple of weeks ago and it was an original Thompson replaced with a PACE refurb.

And it's very good.
