RF2 and Triax 4 way / Magic Eye Problems

I have a Thomson sky hd digibox ,and the rf2 out no longer gives the 9 volt required to power up the triax 4 way link in my loft (no power socket in loft).

The magic eyes on bedroom tvs no longer light up. Is there a fix for the rf2?

I have done all the checks like power down, gone into installers menu to check rf2 on.

I have checked with another sky box and the magic eyes worked. The sky box is out of warranty.

Any ideas?

Have you tried connecting the eye directly to the rf2 output to rule out a dc continuity problem between rf2 and the loft ?
