Sky by broadband
I have installed Sky by Broadband but when trying to start I get an Application error-Unexpected. According to Sky this is Microsoft problem and relates to "Performance Counter Library Values being corrupted." Could this have anything to to with PerfX009.dat files being set to US English (009) even though the Country code in the Control Panel is set to United Kingdom? Any ideas please.
