[GAZBEROTTEN]

I have been having the odd few problems with the router. At random times within the year an orange light is stuck on the @sign and i would like to get this all stopped. The result of this is that i have no internet connection and its sometimes hours before it goes back to green.

Any ideas what causes this and has anyone else had the same problem?

Check your setup. make sure the Router is in the master socket, filter first before any extensions or other adaptors.
Swap any microfilters if you can
Try your test socket if you have one to see if this helps.
Once you've done all that then phone Sky if it hasn't made any difference.
