Pace Twin or Nebula PCI card?

I'm looking to replace my Sky with Freeview to save some cash basically (I like the idea of no monthly outlay!). I have a HTPC connected to my plasma and am in two minds which way to go, for a Pace Twin or NetGem STB or a Nebula PCI card. I've currently got Sky+ and find the facility to watch one program while recording another very useful, that alone is swaying me towards the Pace Twin but I suspect the Nebula card will give the best results PQ wise. Any advice folks?

Cheers,
Andy.
