Better reception

I am looking for a bit advice:

Basically the dilema is that, I live in a town house which is prohibited from erecting any sort of satelite dish. NTL digital cable is not available in the area, so basically I am stuck with with reasonable analogue cable.
I have just purchased a Plasma display, which highlights all the faults of normal NTL cable.

Is there anything I can do/buy to improve the quality of reception.

I have considered various things from a Digital Terrestrial TV Receiver to signal boosters!

Any help would be appreciated

I use a "cubsat" to get SkyDigital. I'm not allowed a satellite dish either due to planning laws, so I ordered a Cubsat 70 from www.bradleywood.co.uk

It's basically a dish hidden in a box that sits in your garden - nobody has a clue what it is, and it's not fixed to anything. It works a treat (I'm in Bristol UK). You need a line of sight to the Satellite - I think it's 28.2 degrees East, or thereabouts.

Doesn't answer your question, but just an option you may not have considered.

Cheers

Simon
