Problems receiving Music Channels

Hello all

I recently purchased a Sony IDTV to receive 'FreeView'. One of the main reasons I done this was to get the Music Channels The Hits & TMF which I believe are on the 'D' Multiplex. I cannot get any channels on the 'D' Multiplex. My question is whether this is due to my ariel or not?
