Exclamation FREE version of Film Four?

Is it possible for a FREE version of the new Film Four Weekly channels which shows 3 movies a week when it launches on May 1st....could it come to Freeview on channel 14 as a 'lite' version of film four?

I seriously doubt it. FilmFour is able to show quality films (as opposed to Sky Movies) because they are a separate fee pay channel. I don't think they could survive if they gave it away for free. (unless they accepted adverts, which would be terrible)

They would still make money..Film Four(main channel) which would be pay and E4 so the new Film Four Weekly chanel could show films...as ive heard its going to be FREE on Sky and on NTL so i recon it could be on Freeview
