Hi Im going to get one (WESTERN DIGITAL 250GB PASSPORT EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE works only with usb ) also a TM6900 is it posible to use the hard drive to save my avi movis and files for the PS3 and recording prog. from the TM6900

Can i use it for both ps3 and tm6900 the same hard drive not at the same time but have files form both thanks

If they record to different folders it should be fine- if the Technomate has a USB port and can be configured to record to an external hard drive.
