Pace Ds810xe Hd/satellite Receiver

Last week I purchased a PACE DS810XE HD/ Satellite receiver
to receive HD channels from the continent, after setting it up
to receive Astra 19.2 & Hotbird 13.0 degrees, I found that all the channels have been installed together ie :- 01 to 2000
approx, it does not seperate and name the satellites individual.
The only way you can locate a certain channel is to scroll through all of the listed channel numbers, and certain channels
you require on a regular basis, you can store in your favourite
location.
I find it strange that satellite position have not been seperated, if I have done all the right things whilst installing ?
and setting up the system.
Any comments welcomed.

You can seperate the channels, you have to select it from one of the colour coded buttons and it will then give you a few options to choose from.

Re: Pace Ds810xe Hd/ Remote problems

Help I having nasty problems with the remote for this receiver - press
a channel number - the menu comes on ! - press EPG - the set up comes on . Everything is mixed up & at random. However, the onboard receiver controls are ok - but are only suitable for channel hopping. Anybody know
if there is a special reset on the remote ie 2 buttons at once.
