Fortec Star Ultimate

I have just had a motorized dish installed.

I got the package from Maplins and had to take the Fortec Beta receiver back today because it was faulty and I spent the extra getting the Fortec ultimate.

now I plugged it in and started searching hotbird, all was fine. I selected other sats and it flicked nicely between the two.
Then all of a sudden It stoped working, no pictures. I searched hotbid again, dish is moving, but it cannot find any channels. I havent touched any settings as I am a novice so cannot understand why they have all of a sudden gone. Every satellite has vanished and will not load any channels.

Can anyone offer any helps please.

I have a 85cm dish, if thats of any help
