How to watch different channels?

Hi I am new here and was hoping for a little advice. We are in the process of building a new house so have carte blance for cables etc.

I am trying to figure out how the most cost effective way is to get sky into a couple of rooms.

I know you can pay sky for another box but I was wondering if there are any other commercially available ways of watching different sky channels in different rooms.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Yes its called Sky multiroom - a box in each room - there is no way at all to watch more than one channel from a Sky dodgibox not even with Sky+ ( although it has two tuners it has only one decoder and decrypter - it records the "raw" signal from a tuner to disk and decodes and decrypts (if necessary) on playback.

Multiroom costs £10 per extra room per month for a complete mirror copy of your main sub.

Re: How to watch different channels?

Well that multi room is the only thing i can think of coz the only other thing i can think of is just if you have one box downstairs and want to change the channels upstairs you can get a little box for that.
