Pace or Humax for HD?

Hi all,
I've been searching through, had a look, and whilst I can find info about each unit, I can't find any real comparative opinion on the boxes.

The Pace is less than £100 on Ebay, whilst the Humax is over twice the price.

Is this justified? What are the real differences? Can I use either box to watch sky and/or sky HD?

Thanks for advice!

Re: Pace or Humax for HD?

I have the Humax. If you want to watch Sky HD the only practical solution is a Sky HD box. The BBC HD test channel is available from the same satellite as Sky, free to view.

Discovery and the History channel are available from the Astra sat at 19.2 deg East, but the quality is nowhere near as good as Sky The picture is massivley overscanned on my 50 Panasonic.
