Am i been stupid?

Hi Guys,

With Art having lost the rights for english football next season would it not be better to watch it on some german or spanish tv as surely they must have rights. Now I am new to all this sat stuff so am I been stupid

The word is 'being', not 'been'.

This site http://liveonsat.com/ will show you what games are available on what satellites. The vast majority though aren't free to air, and require some sort of card to receive them.

But Art sports needs a card as well so that does not really answer the questions.

So do virtually all the channels that have paid the millions for the rights to broadcast them.

You will occasionally find FTA broadcasts but these are not usually widely known in advance - try the site linked in the previous post if you are looking for "free football". If looking to subscribe for next season - ART will have a few matches a week (the cast-offs from Showtime who have won the rights ART are using this season - but you will need a very large dish in the UK for Showtime), Premiere have won many rights as have Digitalalb.

I'm sorry I'm not sure what you're looking for ?
You wanted to know if you could watch Premiership footie on German or Spanish channels. The link above will tell you where to find virtually every game from anywhere in Europe that is being broadcast on any satellite TV channel - especially from the Premiership. You either make do with what you can find for free (FTA), or you try to get a card that will let you watch the ones on channels that are scrambled.

I haven't seen nothing official saying Art have right of showtime for games next season so im just sitting tight until the season finishes.Had an art card and technomate reciver for 2 years now gutted art have lost the rights.

Digitalalb have rights to show some games next season and also some will be shown on TPS,can't see you getting as good a choice as art but i suppose it will have to do.
