I disagree.
On 26šE I get channels in both polarisations ( V and H) on multiplexes transmitting on all 3 beams (ME, BSS and FSS).
Admittedly I have a 1.8 metre offset dish (2 metres high x 1.8m wide) but most of the signals are pretty strong such that I would expect to get them on a 1.2m offset.
I am in Manchester.
30šE is a different kettle of fish altogether though, nothing received on a quick check just now , although I have the position programmed in so I may have had something from that position at some time.
