iwnoder if any one could help i purched a second hand sky box as the old one was nakerd it lets me watch sky1 cartoons but as soon as i put movies on it says wrong viewing card and i have to phone sky but its in my partners name is their any way to fix it my self the wife dosent finish work until 9pm thanks for any one's help

When an active card is inserted into a box all normal channels work but any premium channels will not work without the box and the card paired together.

You will have to wait for your wife to get it changed.
