Amstrad box: problem with Wireless extender....

Just had my Thomson Sky plus box changed bcos the noise was driving everyone insane.

The Amstrad is quieter, but there are (so far) two problems:

I think the PQ is worse than the Thomson. Would that be true?

Secondly, my 'One for all' wireless extension - an old thingy wherein a Scart goes from the Sky to a box and then from the box to the TV, simultaneously transmitting a signal to another TV - doesnt work at all - the picture is all garbled.

Any help?

Check the video output setting changing it from RGB to PAL or vice-versa within the "Services", "System Setup", "Video Output" menu.

Thanks JayCee

I tried everything, including PAL-RGB, switching things around in the box, but no avail at all

No, threatening to cancel will not improve the picture quality.
