Amstrad PVR3 ticking again

My Amstrad PVR3 stopped ticking when recording after the last software update, when I got the green button for the planner etc. All was well but in the last couple of weeks it has started again. Not quite as loud as originally, but definately ticking.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Yep, same here. Definately not as bad as it was originally and I can't hear it at all when my cabinet doors are closed. This has probably got something to do with the even more recent software upgrade that I had about two weeks ago. I'm now on version 4.01a and since I got the upgrade, I haven't had a single problem (previously, I was getting failed recordings every couple of days). If the slight (and I do mean slight) ticking noise is necessary for the box to perform as it should then I for one won't be complaining
