Damaged ribbon whilst upgrading to 250mb HDD

[FONT="Arial"]Hi to everyone, New to this BB,

I have damged the ribbon that connects the new drive to the motherboard.
Does anyone know where i can buy a new one??

Just for interest, i have made a temporary repair using a standard ide cable from a PC.[/FONT]

Easily done. You can buy replacements from Satcure for £4.95. About 2/3 of the way down the page.

Assuming that they use Industry Standard IDE drives then any conmputer shop wiill have one too.
