Question What do you think

I caanot receive FV from the usual Txs for my location because of nearby hill that blocls that for my address. A reputable local installer says that I could get it from a Tx some 46 miles distant but Wolfbane shows it as out of range and the line of site is obstrcyed by some hills arounf 20 miles distant. This is the Wolfbane report. Transmission power is 10;W for all Muxs

Wht do you think? What equipment do you think I will need for optimum perfromance? And at best how reliable for qulaity and unbroen performanace do think think that *optimum* will be?
