Panasonic TU-DSB31 how do I re-tune the RF Output?

I have just purchased a second hand panasonic sky box that I have to retune to ch38, it is currently set to ch40 and giving a grainy picture in the kitchen when the portable is set to ch40.
My old box was set to ch38 with a great picture.
How do I retune the box to Ch38.
It does not tell you in the hand book.
Thanks
